About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist, with over twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist. I spent many years working in community mental health, university counseling and with professionals in the business and tech sector. I have noticed similar challenges for those in both the university and professional/tech populations: perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, challenges in achieving work/life balance, fear of failure, low self-confidence, loneliness and a desire for community and connection. I have also witnessed these strengths in both populations: a strong drive to achieve, resilience, wisdom, brilliance, compassion, a desire to the impact the world in positive ways and the ability to reimagine how one’s life is lived.

In my free time, I enjoy being with family and friends, including dinner parties, hiking, relaxing or exploring our neighborhood. I am intrigued by how design and decor can impact our mood, energy and ability to slow down and be present with others. I also love to travel and experience new cultures and traditions, and try to venture out regularly, whether to a new town or a new country.
